What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns and exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as receiving a damaged or wrong item, please let us know by contacting us at help@nusraclothing.com. We are here to help resolve any problems!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued in cases where:
- The wrong item was received.
- The item received is damaged.
- The item has a defect
If you encounter either of these issues, please contact us at help@nusraclothing.com with photos of the wrong or damaged items. We will address the issue promptly.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. To ensure you choose the best size, please refer to the sizing charts available in the product description section of each item listed on our store.
Note: In rare instances, an item may be mislabeled. If you believe this has happened, please contact us at help@nusraclothing.com within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We will send you a new item or issue a refund as appropriate.
General Conditions
- Claims for Issues: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
- Lost Packages: For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
- Problem Reports: If you or your customers notice any issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report to help@nusraclothing.com.
Returns and Refunds
- Wrong Address: If an insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
- Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment to yourself or your end customer.
- Returned by Customer: We advise that your end customers contact you before returning any products. Except for customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Customers in Brazil who regret a purchase must contact us within 7 days of receipt to return the item, subject to an evaluation of the item’s condition.
Special Notes
- EU Consumer Notification: Under Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, and for sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery.
- Return Address: The return address is set by default to the Nusra facility. Returned shipments received at this address will trigger an automated email notification to you. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.
