When will I get my order?

Where will my order ship from?
We partner with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide, ensuring efficient delivery no matter where you are.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
Customs and tax fees may apply to international orders. These fees are beyond our control and are assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary by country, so please check with your local customs office to see if duties and taxes apply to your purchases.
My order hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Check Your Shipping Confirmation: Verify if there were any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Contact Your Local Post Office: Sometimes, packages are held at the local post office.
- Check With Neighbors: It’s possible the courier left the package with a neighbor.
If everything checks out and you still haven’t received your order, please contact us at help@nusraclothing.com with your order number. If there was a mistake in your delivery address, we can send a replacement order, but please note that shipping will be at your own cost.
How are your products made?
We partner with a print-on-demand drop shipper that has facilities worldwide. Depending on your location, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, don’t hesitate to drop us a line at help@nusraclothing.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We sincerely apologise if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this issue swiftly, please email us at help@nusraclothing.com within one week of receipt. Include photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other relevant details. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
